Refund Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions purchased from Tech Mage (Pty) Ltd, trading as Shop Simply.
Subscriptions
Shop Simply charges a monthly subscription fee billed in advance. Because access to the platform is granted immediately on payment, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period once payment has been processed.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your admin dashboard. On cancellation:
- Your shop remains accessible for the remainder of the current billing period.
- A 3-day grace period applies after the period ends before your shop is hidden from the public.
- Your shop data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. You will be prompted to download a full data export (orders) before cancellation is confirmed.
- After 30 days, all shop data is permanently deleted.
Customer payments (Payfast)
Shop Simply does not process payments between shop owners and their customers. Customer payments go directly into the shop owner's Payfast account. Refunds to end customers are the sole responsibility of the individual shop owner and are handled through their Payfast account.
